New Brunswick Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to New Brunswick, New Jersey. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with an office, court, or custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use it, or anything reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish the service's content
- Disrupt the service's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Service
The service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing here, or returned by a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to judge eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. External Resources
Government portals and other services, including sponsored search tools, carry their own terms and policies. Their content, availability, charges, and data practices are outside our control.
5. No Warranties
